Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Contract Law
I have lost my copy of a contract I signed with another party--name removed--The other party has refused to provide me with another copy of that contract.
How can I legally request that he provide me with another copy of that contract.
Thank You,

Re: Contract Law
It depends on the circumstances. For example, is the other party in breach of any contractual provision? Also, is the copy of the contract that is in possession of the other pary the ONLY other copy in existence?
