Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Contract
I signed a 3 yr contract with a cellular phone service. Basically, I use their service for 3 yrs and the phone I chose was free. Now my cellular service has sold to another company, with a not so good reputation in service. Am I obligated under the contract to Company A to stay with Company B after the sell is final?

Re: Contract
You are locked into that contract for three years, unless there's an escape clause that lets you out (probably by paying full price for the phone, and then some). Your contract with A is an asset that A is selling to B.
