Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

I sold my customer list for a lawn company for 20,000 . the buyer has not paid me for 3 months. what should my next plan of action be. i have sent him certified letters, threathen to take back equipment,etc. Can I still get the totoal amount from him if he defaults, or returns the trucks, equipment in the deal.please help
