Can a copier company in the state of texas hold my company liable for the service and maintenance/supplies for copiers that we are buying out to return?

As a Franchise Attorney I advise you to repost your question. The question is not intelligible as written. What do you mean by "buying out to return?", etc. Is there any written contract? If so, what does it provide on these issues? Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
