Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
copy right issues
I am starting a lingerie catalog website. My wholesaler is telling me that I can use the same images they are using to sell their lingerie as long as I dont sell on ebay or anything like that. (only for my own personal website). Can I publish to the web using the same models they have or what? I am confused and want to be legal one example is hustler I sell Hustler lingerie. Can I use the same models as my wholesaler or should I get it in writing?

Re: copy right issues
You should always get everything in writing. You need to be absolutely certain which images you are allowed to use and where you are allowed to use them. This should be in your reseller agreement. As always,if there is an issue, ask and get an answer in writing to clarify.
