Interested in opening a Child Day Care and wanted to know Can I name the day care after a Dysney movie? I wnted to know where the copyright laws would stand if I named the day care ''The Jungle Book.

I doubt that you would have that up 6 months before they hit you with an injunction. Day care place around here tried the same thing. Disney made 'em take it down.
