Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Copyright and Trademark
I have purchased Hallmark wrapping paper but would like to make envelopes out of it and resell it with handmade cards that I've created. If I purchased the wrapping paper, can I resell it since I am using it for a different purpose than what Hallmark was selling it for?

You'll need to get permission from Hallmark. They may grant it.
