Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
copyright for website idea
i am planning to lunch a website were i will talk and explain business ideas that i came up with .
via the website i will be able to post the idea as a video going over a smile p.p slide show.
my question is , will i be able to copyright or patent these ideas that no one can use them and create that business without my involvement or permission ?

You would have to apply for a federal patent on your idea before you told anyone if you wanted any hope of possibly protecting them. You aren't normally supposed to give away your ideas freely.
