Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Corporate partnership
I am a 1/4 owner in a corporation and I would like to sell my part. Do I have to offer it to other partner first and is there anything I should be careful about?

Re: Corporate partnership

There are a lot of issues to consider in selling shares in a company, including the tax issues. We'd be happy to discuss this with you.
