Hello, I am looking at creating products for an etsy store. I have questions on Copywriting and Trademarks. I would like to show a specific image and see if it is in violation of any law

The answer depends on how you are using the image. In some cases, it might be perfectly fine like if you were specifically commenting on the image. And in other cases it will be copyright infringement.
