Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Customer Claims Breach of Contract
Contract said ''All Sales Final'', now customer is suing to void contract because he wanted phone call responses and we provided email responses. Nowhere in the contract did it state how we would teach him to use our software. We provided all services as stated in the contract.
How binding is the ''All Sales Final'' clause? Could a motion to dismiss be filed based on it?
