Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
My dad has alzhiermers and is critically ill and is in a nursing home. I am his only heir. I also have power of attorney. Can I sell the acreage of property?

Assuming it's a valid power of attorney, yes. Beware that there may be some tax consequences, and, if there's Medicaid, some potential qualification hazards. Also, if you're not acting in dad's best interests, you could have additional problems.
