Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I own a daycare and feel that I am being harrassed by a certain health inspector. The city has others on staff that can perform the inspection. Can I legally prohibit this one inspector from entering my business?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. The answer is very likely - no. You can always contact the agency and request a different inspector. If you get another one, great. But if you don't, and he or she discovers what you tried, be prepared. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
