Is there someway I can file a complaint with the labor board of an employer not paying wages due?

If you have a complaint with your employer regarding wages, I would suggest that you visit the Texas Work Force Commission's website. This link (http://www.twc.state.tx.us/ui/lablaw/ll1.pdf) should take you to the form required for filing a complaint.
