Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
dissolving a business
We formed an incorporated business in July 2002 with the economy the way it is the business is not able to pay the bills so we need to dissolve. We need to know what we need to do to take care of this. Please respond.

The corporation cannot formally dissolve while creditors are owed.
