Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

I have been divorced from my ex husband for 2 years and we had a company that was incorporated a restaurant that went out of business he took all business in the divorce but, now im reading the papers and I am being sued for this business for some bills that werent paid I was the owner or listed as president of the restaurant. I am working hourly now and rent a apartment and the have a used car I make payments on Am i responsible for this suit?
