Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
i,m self employed a SoleP., and was thinking about going for a L L C , with my wife and i only two employees , would it be better to do it before years end are wait jan 1 2010

I don't think you gain anything by waiting an extra week. If you're going to form an entity, go ahead and form it. I believe you will have some additional deductions for the 2009 year if you do it before Jan.1. I would check with your CPA to be sure. From personal experience, my Decembers are usually chock full of people scrambling to form their entities prior to the end of the year.
