Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Employer Property
I resigned from a company and recently recieved a letter indicating that I have not returned property belonging to them. the items in question are blackberry, badge and laptop. These items were return and I would like to know what I might need to do to make sure I'm protected against false claims.

Re: Employer Property
In many cases, it's simple oversight. The best way to protect yourself is to pen a nice letter to the company telling them that you have returned the property. If possible, tell them the date you returned it and with whom you spoke when you returned it.
