Can an employer require you to sign a Non-Compete Agreement after you have been on job awhile?
If you do not sign agreement can they terminate you at will?

Yes. But unless there is additional consideration such as a bonus, or promotion, the agreement isn't really enforceable. Just keeping your job isn't additional consideration.
