I was terminated for reason of unsatisfactory performance, according to the HR consultant that I spoke with, This includes, but is not limited to lack of follow up with clients, and not consistently meeting activity expectations.
I was never written up or anything and there are several people in the company whom made the same mistakes...

Unless the termination was a pretext for firing you because of your age, race, sex, national origian, religion or disability or because you refused to perform an illegal act, your employment is not protected in Texas. If you suspect that you were fired because you are a member of one of these protected groups, you should contact a lawyer in your area; otherwise find a new job. Good Luck.
