Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Entered into an LLC with two partners. They have refused to share in the expense. I finally had enough and asked to be paid in full and removed from the company. I haven't heard from them again and now I need to remove myself from the documentation and change address from my home address. Also, need to close the bank account to remove my name. Will incur more cost. How do I get my money back legally?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say it's not possible to answer your questions without reviewing all related LLC documents. These are not the kind of questions that can be answered without a detailed consultation with an attorney. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
