Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I entered into a verbal contract with second hand/antique store manager to rent part of her store to sell my items and she has defaulted on over $2000 of my merchandise that she has sold. What do I do? How can I make her pay me what she owes?

Sue her. You can start this without a lawyer, but you'll probably have to hire one later on (she will respond with a lawyer).
