equal rights on wages
I've been working for a lumber store for almost five years made it from a cashier to now a department manager. I found out that when i was training a new employee for management he was getting more pay then me (im female) also, three new hires are not even management and their making more then me! yes they are males too. do i have a right to be mad? I wouldn't be upset this much but i have worked just as hard as these guy's if not harder!!!!
