Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I am looking to establish a booster club to support a debate team at the local high school. I want to set up a corporation, and then apply for 501c3 status. My question is, does it matter what type of corporation I form? (Ex. an LLC or some other type). If it matters, I am located in Texas. Thank you.
