Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
expired stock option
I was illegally laid off by TI Taiwan. I won the case this week. But my stock option was issued by TI USA. Some was forced to exercised in 30 days when I was terminated, some are expired due to case took 8 years. TI Taiwan refused to restore my TI USA stock cited she has no authority, how should I do? I am a US Citizen worked at TI Taiwan before terminated.
