family owned business, divorce, dividing business/property
54 yr old brother owns 3 businesses and was recently diagnosed with bi-polar disease. he is on many precription drugs and was institionalized 2 times, once b/c of over spending. his wife wants divorce but b4 that has occured she wants 30% of his business for self, 30% 4 store mgr, leaving 40% to brother or says her and mgr leaving business. brother is incapable of making business decisions at this time. need direction of who to contact for help in this matter.
