we bought this car from a guy for 320. On the day he did not sign the title. Then we find out the tags on the back of the car , do not belong to him. He told us that he was a dealer. The tags on the back are dealership tags we called that dealer ship they said they had never heard of him. So now he won't return our phone calls. When we bought it he said he would help us get everything we needed to drive the car on the road and make it legal. Also the tittle is from missiou. Not signed by him at all. Now we just want our money back. He can have the car.But we can not get a hole of him. Please write me back if I have something.

Not to put too fine a point on it, but you've been swindled. The car probably is a stolen vehicle, if you compare the VIN. Turn him over to the police, since maybe they can find him.
