how do I file the following charges

I was told I could file charges on a lady for securing & exisicution a document by desception.

I asked the Justice of the Peace that when you finish a contract someone has to release the contract. She did by fraud and was paid for your work but never paid us.

We were about 95% finished and she cused out my wife and workers and told us not to return. We tried to settle she told us to stay off her property. She faulcified documents and was paid.

I doubt that police or DA will accept your "charges". I'm sure they will consider it a "civil matter". You could file your lawsuit against the lady in the JP court and see if you can prove to the judge what you're saying. Good Luck.
