Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I have filed suit, and no Response
Okay, I am in invidual filing suit against a company whom wrongfully terminted me. I have sent them an intent to file suit, and the sent me a check and had me sign a agreement for disposition. After more extensive personal review, I actually filed suit against them in court, and voided that agreement that I signed because of I was ignorant of my laws. Since I have filed the suite, today was the deadline, and they have not contacted the court nor myself. What do I do? Do I file a ''Default'' letter with the court and copy the defendant on it? Confused in Dallas, Texas.

Re: I have filed suit, and no Response
This is why lawyers go to law school and spend a lot of money every year keeping with the laws. If you are ignorant of the laws, get an attorney.
