Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Filing as a corporation
My husband has operated as a sole-propietorship for a couple of years and we are ready to incorporate but have questions about what kind - general, C, or S. We're in the construction/contracting business with 5 people working with us right now. Is there a reference book that would give me the pros and cons of each?
