filming and pictures
is it legal in texas to go into a bar and take pictures and film with a hidden camera without the owners consent?

You won't have the permission of the owner or customers to use their image so you would be committing one or more torts if you did anything with the film/pictures. I also think that the act of filming them may be a tort, but I'd have to research that. I don't think a crime would be involved, but you really should have an attorney confirm this if you plan on doing this.
