Force Majeure Clause in Contract

In a Force Majeure clause of a contract along side acts of God can one also list Commissioner of Major League Baseball? This has become an inside joke at our company and we want to be able to use it in our contracts for services.

Nothing illegal about it. Stupid, perhaps, since it could cost your company business unless the Commissioner of Baseball can exercise control over performance. Inside jokes really don't belong in a business contract.
