foreign company registration
A friend of mine (he is russian) has a small publishing business in Moscow. He is interested in opening an office in Houston, TX. What is the legal procedure regarding registration a fogeign company? I would appreciate any information.

There are a number of books out there that explain various business associations and all. Also contact the Secretary of State's Office for additional information. Everything is filed through that office.
