Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
If I form an LLC in Texas do I have to put "LLC" after every incidence of my company name (on product labels, marketing promotions etc)?

Any attorney will say you do if you want to maintain limited liability status. If you are using the name as a trademark or service mark, the answer changes. Consult with an attorney in your area for specifics.
