Forming an LLC
We are currently forming an LLC in Texas and we have an existing DBA in Texas. We want to continue to use the DBA name under the protection of the LLC. How do we accomplish this?

Transfer the dba to the LLC.

An LLC can be D/B/A which ever name you chose for the company. We could help you with the formation.
