Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
For-Profit Website
I am starting a for-profit website selling pixel-ads. The site is marketed towards independent musicians and artists. I am wondering what I need to apply for from the government in order to be legal, (i.e., DBA, Tax ID). Any help here would be greatly appreciated.
