Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
fraudulent infomation
can a vocational school be sued if they gave the wrong information? I was certified in billing/coding and i was told every employer will accept my certification, but every employer i have applied at told me they will not recongnize my certification. I spent thousands of dollars going to a vocational school. Do I have a fighting chance in court?
