Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I own a gas station and I wrote my gas company a check for 28k and I dont have enough money so the check bounced now what can I do I don't mind paying them in payments. Can they send me to jail or they will agree on makin them payments every month

You can be proscuted for writing a felony level hot check. You should do your best to try to work out a payment plan with them before they file with the district attorney's office or you will be facing paying a bond, a lawyer, fees, as well as the amount of the check AND possibly having a criminal record.
