Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
I gave a post dated check for a loan payment he told me to do this to show a will to pay on my loan and he would not dipose it til the data on the check well he diposited the next day bank payed for it and now we have to pay overdraft on several other checks was this legal for them to do and what can i do to get overdraft removed.

Never, never, never give anybody a post-dated check for any reason.
You can go into Justice Court and sue the people who deposited the check early. Sue them for the overdraft fees.
Unfortunately, the filing fee will be about $100.
