Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
good morning. I had listed my business and equipment for sale and a friend of mine commited to purchasing it. She vernbally agreed, she agreed via text message, email and I have recordings were she is getting loans on her 401k to purchase the equipment. She was at my house, checking on the equipment, and measuring the size and shee took a few training dvds and she also signed a bill of sale. She now send me and email saying her and her husband do not want to purchase this anymore. Is this something I can take her to court and have a valid case?

I wouldn't file suit over this.
You may have formed a contract (most contracts do NOT have to be in writing), but you'd be better off to sell the equipment to someone else. And in the meantime, write her a LETTER (paper letter - stop using texts and emails) saying, "I understand that you no longer want to buy the equipment. I am therefore listing it for sale to others."
