Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Is there a grace period when signing a lease. I went to apply and only paid for the application and she ask me to sign the lease. Now that i don't want the apartments she wants me to pay the reletting fee and rent until they lease the apartment.

Read the lease you signed; there probably is NOT a grace period.
The consequences, if you don't take the apartment (and don't pay the penalties she wants), are that she may report you to the credit bureau. She may also sue you.
If I were you, I wouldn't worry about it, and would simply walk away and see what they do.
