Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

GraveYard Problem

my mother was buried in the wrong grave at the graveyard and a year and a half later i brought it to the graveyards attention and they said they would have to move her and because my sister was the deed owner they needed to talk to her well they went and asked her if they could move her she told them she needed to talk to the fasmily to see what we wanted to do and we asked if they did to at lease give her a tombstone for the familys greif on this matter well they said no so my sister wasnt going to sign they claimed they could move her anyways and then this last saturday they DID... my question to you is do you know what ikind of lawyer we need and do you know any of the laws on this if this was leagle at all and what can we do about this matter as a family ?

Based on what you have written, it appears that the graveyard may have committed multiple violations. Additionally, dependent upon what the original agreement was for the burial proceedings, there may be other claims.
