Guaranty to lease agreement
If my company is a L.P. off of a L.L.C. do I need to sign this agreement ? If so, how do, I sign it ?

Insufficient information to give you an answer. Are they looking for a personal guarantee? Are you the operating partner of the L.P.? Is L.P. a manager of the LLC?
