I am a Texas Lawyer and I draft these kinds of documents (to protect buyer and seller) for a flat fee of $200.
Call me (512-827-7548) or e-mail me ( [email protected]) for more information. Free Consultation!
As a Franchise Attorney I entirely agree with the other attorney. Spend the $200 and have an attorney involved, or spend tens of thousands more down the road when problems develop. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
