Legal Question in Business Law in Texas

Hello

When a person makes contract to sell a farm and no lawyer is involded.

Just between buyer & seller do you have to a notery and witnesses to make it legal & binding

if it should go to court because one of the parties want to back out?

Just want to know what is right & wrong here thank you.

As a Franchise Attorney I entirely agree with the other attorney. Spend the $200 and have an attorney involved, or spend tens of thousands more down the road when problems develop. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
