helped create a business
If I HELPED CREATE A CELL PHONE BUSINESS AND GOT THROWN OUT BECAUSE OWNER S GIRLFRIEND CAME BACK INTO THE THE PICTURE
WHAT IS MY LEGAL RIGHT? I created name for business, I got two of the contracts,got tax id number, worked on Nextel application for about 3 weeks with owner. Used my fax, paper, business phone for 3 weeks without any reimbursement.

Without a contract to do those things, you may have made the owner a nice gift. If there was a promise to compensate you for your efforts, implicit or explicit, then you may have a right to sue for that compensation.
