Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
In Hot Water?!? Help, please!
I placed a flyer on the window of a place of business that moved/closed, with directions to my store. Did I break any laws? They were in a strip center.

It may be considered a trespass if you didn't get permission from the landlord, but damages would be minimal.
You always have to get permission from the person who controls real estate if you are going to put something on it.
