Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
The house I live in is owned by the church I work for. They have verbally told me I can act on their behalf to conduct negotiations and sell the house (for sale by owner). What form/s do I need that would 'legally' grant me this power? (Our church is incorporated and governed by a board of trustees)

Have them give you a power of attorney.
You're still likely to have problems, though - the purchaser might not honor your POA, that is, he might not "trust" it. And he isn't legally required to do so.
