Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
My husband is in business with his mom and dad. I have suspected for quite awhile that his parents are using company money for their personal use. Can I look at the books, bank statements, etc. ? Can the company debt fall back on me?

As a Franchise Attorney I can only say a lot more information is needed. What is the "business" and what legal form is it? What is your legal interest in the business? These are important details that are needed. Best to consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
