The mere fact that you have posed the question suggests that you have information about the lawsuit. From what you have stated it is unclear whether the suit was filed in Waco or in California. If it was filed in a State District Court in Waco, then contact the McLennen County District Clerk, or if it was filed in Federal Court, you will need to contact the United States District for the Western District of Texas in Waco (if that is the division where the suit was filed). They should have the names and addresses of the attorneys of record. If the suit was filed in California, you will need to contact court clerk where suit was filed.

Information on Federal cases is usually available via an Internet service called PACER.

I found a case captioned Curves International v. Liberty Fitness, Inc., et al. It was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas on June 6, 2003, and is a trademark infringement case.

Curves International, Inc. was represented by Clyde Vance Dunnam of Dunnam, Dunnam, Horner et al. of Waco, Texas (P.O. Box 8418, Waco TX 76714-8418), phone (817) 753-6437.

The case number is 03-CV-174. I downloaded and printed seven pages of information about the case from PACER. It appears to have been dismissed 7/13/04.
