Legal Question in Business Law in Texas
Independent Contractor - Termination
I am a real estate agent working under an independent contractor agreement in San Antonio, Texas. The agreement is for 12 months and states that I will owe the broker $1500 in training fees (in-house) if I leave voluntarily before 12 months. Is this enforceable? I have been there 6 months.
